The prices include consumptions and final cleaning.
Midweek arrivals are possible according to the availability. Small size pets are allowed - 50.00 euros per week.
Washing machine and air conditioning not included in the price.

The appartaments are available from 4 p.m of the arrival's day, excluding different agreements, and they must be freed by 09 a.m of the departure's day.
To confirm the reservation we require a deposite equal to the 30% of the entire stay total amount to pay with postal order to our addrws or with a bank transfer (Banca dell'Elba - Capoliveri) for Giannullo Luciano with the following coordinates: IBAN IT28M0704870660000000011481 - BIC ICRAITRRT40.
The payment will be paid at the arrival. We don't accept cash card nor credit card.
